Clean, great location Positive: Location Negative: Noise from upstairs guests had to turn the air conditioner up to drown it out as much as possible.

Positive: Breakfast was not included Negative: Room needs a chair

Always a great time Positive: I frequently stay at the beachside. It is a perfect location in Sylvan Beach and the staff are always friendly. Very convenient

It was clean and the mattress comfortable Positive: The room we were in was clean and the bed was comfy , however we were the only ones there and they put us in a room that was right near the wall of the restaurant kitchen thats hooked to the building , needless to say it was very noisy also there was a pile of pine needles on our walk way to get to our room Negative: I would recommend some larger coffee cups as the kuerig over flowed them even on lowest setting.. some room darkening shades and some kind of noise blocker in room 6

Great time Positive: I frequently stay at the Beachside because it has a great location, the rooms are clean and the staff/mgmt are very friendly and helpful
