We were placed in the wrong room, I tried to clarify it was correct prior to arrival and confirmed it was the suite room
Positive: Clean nice location
Negative: Jet tub broke, blind broke allowing light in and placed in the wrong room

Positive: Room was clean, nicely decorated, bed was comfortable, and loved the fireplace and jacuzzi
Negative: Sidewalk and steps going to room were very icy, my husband had to try to clean them off so we didn't fall, no salt available. Shower was cold to lukewarm with very little pressure
