Pro's1. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms2. 1st floor area was big for family hangout3. 1st floor kitchen area was excellent and equipped well4. Host was fast replying to messages5. Very clean. Con's1. Could not get to lake from property for grandkids fishing due to it posted by Oneida Indian Nation. Tried calling for permission, but no reply. 2. Kayak and canoe rental no longer operating across street3. To get to second floor need to go outside. This is in listing. Lots of steps inside and out.

We enjoyed the location of the property, as well as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a nice time during our stay. The property did not live up to the photos. Two of the bathrooms had mold. There were live spiders in the front bedroom and lots of dead insects behind the couch. Two of the bedrooms had no AC. We experienced an AC leak in the kitchen with lots of water coming out, but it was repaired in 2 days.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were so attentive! We would love to stay here again!

A beautiful large historical home that was once a tavern! Large enough for our family that includes four couples, a grandbaby and a dog. Spacious and well appointed kitchen with a massive island that served as food prep and service area as well as a place to assemble puzzles! Each bedroom had its own heat source and the bathrooms were beautifully updated. The refurbished floors have a few low points but caused no issues for our crew. The home was spotless and offered a separate laundry room. A mudroom at the entrance was so helpful for keeping shoes out of the living spaces. Grocery and DoorDash deliveries were convenient at this location and my family would not hesitate to rent this home again.
