The Sunset Sail | Historic Oneida Lakefront Condo 1

While the accommodations were what I expected because we stayed last year and it was nice, I was disappointed in this year's visit. It was cold and we had a steady breeze due to the ACs in the windows as the windows were partly open. We tried using the small heater that we found in the upstairs bedroom for the downstairs and it flipped the breaker, leaving us with NO heat. We contacted the number given us by text only to find out that the breaker was in another Condo. Way too many extension cords for us to try and get power for the TV and the side of the condo that had no power. The contact said they would reach out to the other Condo to reset the breaker. Nearly 24 hours later we finally had power and some heat. Since we only stayed 2 days, I found that unacceptable. I won't stay there again. It's a fire hazard and not safe. How did that place ever pass an inspection? Any place else would have offered some compensation for our visit, but we got excuses and apologies.

This property might not be for a couple who seeks peaceful holidays. It is great really for family or big group of friends who would like to hang out and party. The location was great. The terrace was very nice with beautiful sunset view. But there is no pravacy in terms of seeing people in the same yard and constant noises from next door. You share the yard, the tub, the washing machines and the entrances with 4 other condos. So there are constant door slamming noises. The big draw back is no curtains in the bathroom window facing the neighbor. I hope they will add it eventually. The commubication with the host was quick. We managed to have a good time but could have been better!

Great property right on the beach. 2 fire pits and 2 hot tubs which was awesome but with 3 units we never were able to use the hot tubs because the other 2 units kids monopolized them. Very clean, beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed! Will definitely stay again!

Perfection! Loved every minute.
